Perhaps
now more than ever before it is important that we all be
counted in the Census. The 2020 Census will verify our
population. That verification will have a huge impact on the
amount of federal and state dollars that come to Logan
County and its municipalities.
It is not too late to go online and complete a five-minute
survey. For those who do not have computer access, you
should have paper copies that have been mailed to you. Also,
Census workers hired by the government are now going door to
door in our communities, reminding people of the importance
of completing the Census, and offering assistance as needed. |
