The
City of Atlanta has opened a new exhibit in time for
summer travel! This new exhibit is the Historic U.S.
Route 66/Illinois Route 4 Driving Exhibit. The exhibit
features one quarter-mile stretch of the original U.S.
Route 66 laid in 1924 by mule teams. Now, you can drive
it and be transported back to the late 1920s - early
1930s.
