Late night accident
at Tiny Home building site
A late-night
accident at the Veteran Tiny Home building site left
several portions of the new construction materials
damaged along with the vehicle that hit them. No
information was available regarding the driver except
that a witness on the scene said the driver was a
female. No information about injuries has been made
public.
The materials were set to be put into use over this
weekend, with construction starting this morning on the
first of three homes.
LDN will be at the site this morning for what will
hopefully still be the beginning of construction on
Lincoln's first Tiny Home.

Thursday
marked the final Story Time on the Steps for the
summer at the Lincoln Public Library. The
special guest was the Silly Safari, an
interactive program where kids can touch, pet
and hold a wide variety of animals. The event
was very well attended and a lot of fun for
everyone. Many enjoyed the animals, including
these youngsters who lined up for the
opportunity to pet a snake. |
