Notice of Street Closure May 1 through May 11th
As part of the ComEd Lincoln MGP project,
a portion of 3rd street will be closed (between Decatur
Street and Maple Street) to vehicle and pedestrian
traffic, starting Monday 5/01 thru Wednesday 5/11/22.
Full access to the Logan County Health Department and
Carroll Catholic School is available during this period.

Debra Hayes, an
administrative secretary at Memorial Care clinic in Lincoln, is the
Memorial Health Ambulatory Group Colleague of the Month for March.
Hayes, of Cantrall, has worked for Memorial Health for 25 years.
“Deb knows every aspect of running this clinic,” said Ardi Sidwell,
Hayes’ co-worker at Memorial Care. “She takes pride in her work,
coming in early and staying late – Deb is everyone’s go-to for
anything and she’s always available to help. Deb cares about our
clinic and it shows.”
Outside of work, Hayes enjoys camping, fishing, attending concerts
and hosting Sunday dinners with her husband, four children and eight
grandchildren.
