  • Maurice T. Harper, age 52, of Parsons, KS was arrested by Logan County Sheriff’s Office on 12/21/2022 at 2:24 a.m. on Interstate 55 on Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and a Peoria County Warrant.
