  • Mick A. Lowe-Proud Homme, age 29, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 12/21/2022 at 10:45 p.m. at his residence on Domestic Battery, Criminal Damage, and Criminal Trespass to Residence charges.
