Local
business owners Tim and Libby Canady were out shopping
on Saturday morning, supporting fellow small business
owners in downtown Lincoln.
They were not the only ones. Around the Logan County
Courthouse square and some of the offshoots from the
city's heart, stores were busy and local merchants were
all smiles.

"I'm
pretty, and I know it. With my brightly colored 'nails,'
my Christmas-colored mane dressage, and pulling a
beautiful white carriage, who would deny it?"
On Saturday afternoon, this lovely white horse seemed to
be stepping a little lighter because of the way it was
all dressed up for giving free rides around the Logan
County Courthouse Square.
Guests were taking full advantage of the free rides,
taking in the Winter Wonderland Trees along the way, and
just enjoying sitting in a soft plush seat after a day
of shopping at Small Business Saturday.
