State Police arrest Mount Pulaski man on charges of Possession of
Child Pornography

Illinois State Police (ISP) Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI)
officials announce the arrest of Donavan J. Frank, a 30-year-old
male from Mount Pulaski, Illinois for Possession of Child
Pornography.

In August 2022, ISP DCI Zone 4 Agents initiated an investigation after
learning that a subject identified as Donavan J. Frank was distributing
child pornography through an online platform. During the course of the
investigation, ISP Investigators assigned to the Office of the Illinois
Attorney General Internet Crimes against Children Task Force (ICAC)
gathered evidence supporting the arrest of Frank.
On October 6, 2022, the Marshall County State’s Attorney’s Office filed
a 1 count information, charging Frank with Possession of Child
Pornography (Class 2 Felony). An arrest warrant was issued for Frank and
bond was set at $100,000 (10% to apply). Frank was arrested on the
warrant and transported to the Tazewell County Jail.
