Today, the Paint the Paper Pink picture features the Lincoln City Hall staff, six smiling ladies who are all different but share at least one thing in common. Each of them knows breast cancer is a serious concern for all women. They also know that it can be detected early and that the survival rate is much higher when found early.

So, just like being delinquent on paying your sewer bill can cost you a great deal, so can being neglectful in your self-care. Pay attention to your body and do those self-exams. It can make all the difference.

On Friday, Sun Ag’s Emden plant and Syngenta hosted a customer appreciation day for customers out working in the field bringing in the harvest. Syngenta and Sun Ag staff grilled pork chops and packed sack lunches to hand out to drivers coming into the Emden elevator.

The pork chops were grilled on a smoker by Syngenta's Sales Agronomist Blake Miller and Sales Representative Kelsey Neville.
