NOTICE
Notice is given that a
public hearing will be held
before the Logan County
Board of Zoning Appeals on
October 25, 2022 at 7:30
P.M., at the Mt. Pulaski
Grade School Gymnasium,
located at 119 North Garden
Street, Mt. Pulaski,
Illinois 62548, concerning
an application filed by Top
Hat Wind Energy LLC, a
Delaware limited liability
company, for a conditional
use permit for a Wind Energy
Conversion System consisting
of approximately 60 wind
turbine generators that are
approximately 615 feet in
height, and access roads,
transformers, electrical
collection lines,
communications
lines,substation,
switchyard, construction
lay-down yards, radar
towers, meteorological
towers and other ancillary
facilities or structures, on
approximately 16,000 acres
in the Logan County “A”
zoning district.
Top Hat Wind Energy Holdings
LLC is the member and
manager of Top Hat Wind
Energy LLC. The officers of
Top Hat Wind Energy Holdings
LLC are: Michael Baird, Vice

below. The Wind Energy
Conversion System is
proposed to be generally
located in Aetna Township,
Laeana Township, Mt. Pulaski
Township, Chester Township
and Oran Township. The
Project is generally located
in southeastern Logan
County, east of State
Highway 121 and south of
State Highway 10.

on this application, all
interested persons are
encouraged to attend and be
heard. The application is
