Blade's Salon

Metro T-Mobile

Modern Brake

Small Town Creations

For Saturday, October 21st, the Pink Shirt pictures for breast cancer awareness feature four local businesses Blade’s, Metro T-Mobile, Modern Brake and Alignment, and Small Town Creations. At first glance these four seem to be quite different, but they have a big similarity, they are all four about solving problems and improving your life. Indeed from a fix for a bad hair day to a bad phone, bald tires, or a home that needs a little help getting into the holiday spirit, these four businesses have got you covered.

Did you know that the American Cancer Society is also a problem solver? Indeed one of the problems they help solve for any cancer warrior is the need for transportation to and from therapy. If you are having difficulty getting rides to your treatments, there is a volunteer driver program that has been activated in Logan County through the American Cancer Society. Visit the ACS website to get more information.

If this is news to you and you are interested in signing up to volunteer to be a driver, there is also information on the website about volunteering. Drivers are always needed so the more that volunteer, the more we can help our friends and neighbors in Logan County.
