Over the weekend, the
Zion Lutheran School hosted its annual Music Trivia
fundraiser at the American Legion in Lincoln. There
were 112 trivia buffs divided into groups of up to
eight people per team who vied to be the best of the
best in their knowledge of pop music.
At the end of the night, one team earned the title
with a winning score of 125 points. The team was
made up of (standing l to r) Tom Lockenour, Brian
Woodworth, Tom Steiner, and Chris Doherty. (Seated l
to r) Kris Lockenour, Dawn Steiner, Amanda Doherty
and Lucy Woodworth.
The night brought in $2,200 for the school. The
funds raised are used to help defer the cost of
tuition at the school, making enrollment more
affordable for families.
