NOTICE OF SEALED BIDS FOR FARM LEASING
Sealed bids for farm leasing will be accepted
by the Department of Natural Resources one agriculture leases,
consisting of approximately 317 acres of agricultural ground.
The acreage is
located near the Edward Madigan State Park in Logan County. Bid
forms and related information will be discussed at a
Non-Mandatory Vendor Conference to be conducted by the
Department of Natural Resources on November 19, 2024, at 10:00
a.m. via Webex. Perspective tenants can phone into the
non-mandatory conference by calling (415)-655-0002 or (312) 535-
8110, meeting number (access code) 2869 751 8424.
Currently, all bidders must register with
Bid-Buy to be eligible to enter a contract with the State. To
register, please go to the following link:
https://www.bidbuy.illinois.gov/bso/ . Prospective bidders
will need to download and print the necessary forms from the
Bid-Buy Website at www.bidbuy.illinois.gov prior to the vendor
conference. Those wanting to attend in person, please plan to
arrive early at the James Helfrich Propagation Center at 1019
1310 th St.

Bids and supporting documents for are due on December 18, 2024,
by 2:00 p.m. to: Department of Natural Resources, Attn:
Frederick Murphy, Fiscal/Procurement, One Natural Resources Way,
Springfield IL 62702, or by submitting all required documents in
Bid-Buy under bid Lease number B-48819.
Bids will be opened on December 18, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. via Webex
by Phone at (312) 535-8110, Meeting Number (Access Code) 2631
185 5195. The farm lease shall be awarded to the responsive,
responsible, qualified bidder with the highest price.

ALL DECORATIONS ON THE GROUND MUST BE REMOVED
HANGING BASKETS & ITEMS ON THE MONUMENTS MAY REMAIN
Patrons wishing to
save any decorations are requested to pick them up prior to this
date.

AND APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE
LOGAN COUNTY CEMETERY MAINTENANCE DISTRICT
Notice is hereby
given that on November 18, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. a public hearing
will be held on the annual budget and appropriation ordinance
for the Logan County Cemetery Maintenance District for the
fiscal year beginning January 1, 2025 and ending December 31,
2025 at the offices of J.M. Abbott & Associates, Ltd., 207 S.
McLean St., 1st Floor, Lincoln, IL. The tentative budget is now
on file at the offices of J.M. Abbott & Associates, Ltd., 207 S.
McLean St., 2nd Floor, Lincoln, IL, and may be reviewed upon
request prior to said hearing by the Public.
