INVITATION TO BIDDERS

Sealed bids will be received by the Logan County Sheriff and the Logan County Board, Lincoln, Illinois (herein referred to as the "Owner") at the Logan County Safety Complex, 911 Pekin Street, Lincoln, IL until 2:00 p.m. Local Time, Thursday, 05/01/2025 (Bid
Date) to the attention of Sheriff Mark Landers, for the Logan County Jail Addition as shown on the drawings and as detailed in the pre-bid meeting. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the above time and place. Bids received later than such hour will be returned unopened.

The work on this Project shall be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by Dewberry Architects Inc., 401 SW Water St., Suite 701, Peoria, IL 61602. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Contract Documents and all applicable Federal, State and Local rules and regulations.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Thursday, 04/10/2025, at 10:00 am at 911 Pekin Street, Lincoln, IL 62656. The meeting will be held in the lower-level Training Room. A Microsoft Teams link is also available for the meeting by contacting O’Shea Builders as mentioned below.
