businesses for the Village of Kincaid Lead Service Line 2025 for
subcontracting opportunities in the following areas: Site
Utility subcontractors and suppliers. All MBE and WBE certified
businesses should contact IN WRITING (Certified Letter, return
reciepts requested), Ronald Helton, Preconstruction Manager to
discuss the subcontracting opportunities. The most responsible,
qualified, low bidders will be considered for award. All
negotiations must be completed prior to bid opening of April 8th
2025 at 2:00 PM.

Logan County Cemetery District
Cemetery Clean Up
The Logan County Cemetery District will begin on mowing season
on April 1, 2025. All winter grave blankets, floral decorations,
and other ground decorations MUST be removed by March 30,
2025 and properly disposed of. Anything remaining on the
ground after March 30, 2025 will be removed and disposed of by
the Cemetery District.
Richmond Grove Cemetery Clean Up
David Coers, Sheridan Township Supervisor, is requesting that
all faded flowers, Christmas wreaths, and Christmas blankets be
removed from Richmond Grove Cemetery by April 1, 2025.
Please take trash home. There is no trash pickup at the
cemetery. Thank you.
