Sheridan Township is seeking bids for the
upcoming
2026 mowing season.
This bid will include mowing and maintenance services for
Richmond Grove Cemetery, Pool Hill Cemetery, and Stephens
Cemetery.
Guidelines for Richmond Grove Cemetery:
Mowing and trimming cemetery grounds, removing grass clippings
from cemetery stones, trash collection of minor debris from
flowers and spray driveways as needed. Mowing will be on a
weekly basis from April 2, 2026 to November 15, 2026.
Guidelines for Pool Hill Cemetery:
Mowing and trimming cemetery grounds, removing any branches or
limbs, if branches are too big, they are to be cut up and
removed. Mowing is to be every 2 weeks from April 2, 2026 to
November 15, 2026.
Stephens Cemetery:
Mowing and trimming of the cemetery. Mowing is to be every 2
weeks from April 2, 2026 to November 25, 2026.
Contractor will provide all material and
equipment for the mowing and maintenance of Richmond Grove, Pool
Hill and Stephens Cemeteries.
Payment will be on a monthly basis provided the scope of the
work is completed. Bill is to be submitted to Sheridan Township
Cemetery each month. Payment will be after the first Tuesday of
every month.

ROADWAY ENGINEERING
The Logan County Highway Dept. is requesting proposals from
qualified professional design firms for preliminary engineering
on a road resurfacing project. Submittals are to be received by
January 30, 2026.
