TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons in the County
of Logan, State of Illinois, that a public hearing will be held
on June 04, 2026, at
7:30 p.m., at the Oasis Senior Center, 2800 Woodlawn
Rd.,
Lincoln, IL 62656, concerning an application for a variance to
the Logan County Zoning Ordinance and an application to build a
residential structure on commercial parcels 07-016-005-00 and
07-016-005-50. A request will be presented to the Logan County
Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA).
An application for siting a residential
structure will be presented to the commission.
All persons interested are invited to attend
said hearing and be heard.
NOTICE
The Annual Report of the Henry Safford
Peacock Foundation is available for inspection during regular
business hours between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. weekdays at 207
S. McLean Street, 2nd Floor, Lincoln, IL within 180 days after
this notice.
