LEGAL NOTICE OF VARIANCE – GROUND-MOUNTED SOLAR SYSTEM

Dear Neighbors,
This letter is to provide notice of a proposed ground-mounted solar energy system to be installed at:

1148 1450 E
Lincoln, IL 62656

As part of the permitting process, the property owner is requesting a zoning variance related to Section 8.6 of the applicable zoning requirements.

The property consists of approximately 4.85 acres. Section 8.6 requires a minimum lot size of 5 acres for the proposed ground-mounted solar installation. Because the property is approximately 0.15 acres below the required minimum, a variance must be obtained before the project can proceed.

The purpose of this notice is to inform neighboring property owners of the proposed solar installation and the associated variance request. No action is needed on your end for this installation. This notice must be printed in the newspaper 30 days prior to the next zoning
meeting.

Thank you for your time.

Sincerely,
Cody Bruns/Off Grid Energy Solutions, DBA Aveyo Solar
