n Saturday, at mid-day, the Mill
on Route 66 and the Salt Creek
A.B.A.T.E. hosted a new event at the Mill
in conjunction with the Abraham Lincoln
National Railsplitting Festival.
The event was a Route 66 motorcycle
show. The weather predictions for the
weekend included a soggy wet Saturday
morning, which may have deterred some
bikers from coming out for the show.
None-the-less, for a first-time event, it
was fun, with some good music, and
several interesting bikes on display.
