Community member Vicky Eckert said the festival has been going on for almost 60
years and remembers going to it as a child. Eckert said they used to have a King
and Queen Contest, and then there was a Jr. King and Queen Contest. For the past
several years, the festival has included a Prince and Princess contest.
This year’s Prince and Princess competition had 11 adorable contestants, which
included just one boy, Tatum Leesman, vying for Prince.
