Special shape balloon
makes it to inflate
After a disappointing attempt to inflate earlier in the day on
Saturday, the pirate shaped balloon triumphed in the evening.
The balloon sponsored by the city of Lincoln, filled with air,
and stood at the Logan County Airport for all to enjoy.
