Owning a pet can also be part of a healthy
lifestyle, as research shows that pets can
be wonderful companions when one is
ill, and can help combat depression for
persons who live alone. Saturday, the
Humane Society of Logan County was on
hand to talk about pet ownership, and had
three gentle, loving, fully grown cats that
were ready and willing to go home with
the right forever parent.
