Response to a
letter posted Dec. 5: To the editor:
Please don't use my name. I remember back in the late '60s and
early '70s when the name-brand grocery stores came to Lincoln, and
they caused the neighborhood stores like White's grocery and
Ritchhart's to close because they didn't have enough room on the
trucks for the smaller orders, and Lincoln survived then. It is all
part of the American way of life.
