[December 03, 2007]  NEW HOLLAND -- Chad Scott Twente, 27, of New Holland, died Saturday, Dec. 1, 2007, at Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital following a roadway accident.

Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Holland Barry and Bennett Funeral Home.

His funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the First United Methodist Church in Lincoln, with the Rev. Jame Hahs officiating.

Burial will be in New Union Cemetery.

Holland Barry and Bennett Funeral Home is handling arrangements.

Mr. Twente worked for Graue Inc. as a car sales representative in Lincoln.

He was born July 9, 1980, in Frankfurt, Germany, to Steve and Kathy Twente. He married Tiffany Boward on July 2, 2005.

He is survived by his wife, of New Holland; his parents, of Anna; two brothers, Christopher Twente of Schaumburg and Joshua Twente of Creve Coeur; his maternal grandparents, Esther and Wayne Denney of Lincoln; his paternal grandparents, Frank Twente of Homestead and Jean Bedwell of Lincoln; his mother-in-law and father-in-law,

Randy and Sheryl Boward of Lincoln; a brother-in-law, Christopher Boward of Lincoln; two sisters-in-law, Natalie Boward and Kourtney Boward, both of Lincoln; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

He was a member of Kiwanis and Logan County Ducks Unlimited. He was an avid hunter, fisherman and outdoorsman.

Chad was well-known for being top salesman at Graue and his great personality toward his customers. He always greeted customers with a smile.

Memorial donations may be made to the family.
