The Lincoln FFA chapter attended the National FFA Convention on Oct. 21, 22 and 23 in Indianapolis, Ind. On the first night the chapter attended opening ceremonies as well as a Toby Keith concert. The second day they traveled to an apiary to see the processing of honey and beeswax into many products. The evening session featured Hugh Grant, president of Monsanto Corp. A hypnotist was featured at a session following the FFA session. Students also attended a career show and a session on chapter improvement. Eight students and two advisers attended the convention.
