Accidents Driver ticketed -- too fast for conditions
Accident occurred June 1 near the intersection of Fifth and Pine.

Dowell stated that he had stopped at the intersection of Pine and
Fifth, then proceeded to turn. As he did so, he heard something
inside the truck fall. He turned his head to see what it was and hit
the back of the cargo trailer being pulled by Horn. Dowell said he
didn't realize Horn had stopped to make a turn until it was too
late. Dowell was ticketed for driving too fast for conditions,
failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.

block of North Kickapoo on Class 2 charge of possession of a
stolen vehicle.

male, of Lincoln, arrested June 1 at his residence on a Logan
County warrant for failure to appear. Bond was set at $1,000, 10

June 1 at the McLean County Jail in Bloomington on a Logan
County warrant for failure to appear. Bond was set at $5,000, 10
