Work is moving right along at the new Humane Society of Logan County's shelter. Global Tech is currently installing the heating and cooling system, and plumbing and electrical lines are also being installed before insulation and drywalling can begin. The project is being principally built by the LCHS building trades students, and the good weather has things on the fast track.
