Brassfield, Amanda
J., 30-year-old female, of Lincoln, arrested Oct. 25 on North
Ottawa Street on Class A charges of obstructing identification
and having no valid driver’s license.

Hashman, Joseph
A., 36-year-old male, of Lincoln, arrested Oct. 25 in the 500
block of North Madison Street on Class A charge of driving with
a license suspended. Vehicle was towed from the scene.

Neuhaus, James R.,
27-year-old male, of Lincoln, arrested Oct. 25 at his residence
on a Logan County warrant for failure to appear and an
additional Class A charge of obstructing identification. Bond
was set at $1,000, 10 percent.

Rouston, Jason L., 23-year-old male, of
Bloomington, arrested Oct. 26 at the intersection of South
Kickapoo and Broadwell Drive on a McLean County warrant for
failure to appear. Bond was set at $500 cash.

- Butler, Ranae D., 41-year-old female, of Clinton, arrested
Oct. 25 on Illinois Route 10 at 2250 Avenue on Class A charge of
driving with a license suspended. Bond was set at $1,500, 10
percent.
