Some of the members of the Wisconsin Kiters Club took time for a group photo Saturday afternoon. While this bunch was keeping an eye on the sky, making sure kites were flying safely overhead, others were working with getting kites up in the air, and yet others were teaching children how to make their own kites. Read more about the club and look at all the terrific pictures of their craft, talent and passion in today's TOP STORIES.
