The Lincoln Christian University Red Lions announced the signing of Jarod Haskell to their intercollegiate baseball team. Haskell, a senior at Warrensburg-Latham High School in Warrensburg, plans to attend LCU beginning in August 2013 and will pursue a bachelor's degree in youth ministry. He traveled to Lincoln on Tuesday with his parents, Mike and Beth Haskell, to sign with LCU head coach Chris Headrick and assistant coach David Upchurch at LCU's Laughlin Center.
