There were a lot of happy kids in Atlanta Friday afternoon as they learned the park district won a $25,000 grant for new playground equipment. Members of the community turned out to celebrate the grant that was awarded by State Farm Insurance, thanks to the efforts of everyone in the community who voted for Atlanta in a Facebook contest.
