Friday
afternoon, members of the Lincoln/Logan Chamber of Commerce and its ambassadors,
joined many others in celebrating the arrival of the 40th annual Lincoln Art &
Balloon Festival with a pre-parade ribbon-cut. Among the many there were
Jim and Nancy Ireland, who were the grand marshals of this year's event.
The ribbon was snipped by Chris Graue, who is one of the backbone members of the
Up in Smoke committee. Also joining the group was the Heartland Community
College mascot.
