This October 2006 photo shows the ribbon-cut of the Healthy Communities Partnership HOPE Mobile. For the past several years, the mobile unit has served small communities throughout Logan County, offering medical services to those who do not have the means to obtain them personally. The HOPE Mobile will officially cease to exist come the end of July. Read more about this in the story below.
