Tuesday
evening Stacie Wachtel, vice chairman (at the end of the table, in the
orange, sitting next to Geoff Ladd, executive director), opened the monthly
meeting of the Abraham Lincoln Tourism Bureau of Logan County.
Following last week's
special meeting to discuss the city of Lincoln possibly taking over the
Lincoln hotel-motel tax that currently goes to the county and is used to
support the tourism bureau, Paul Gleason resigned as chairman.
In the first order of business Tuesday, Wachtel was made chairman and Peggy Lee
of Elkhart accepted the vice chairmanship.
