Last Saturday Darlene Wick was the center of attention as she was honored at a party at Friendship Manor. Wick is recently retired from the IOOF Management Corp., the part of the Odd Fellows that manages Friendship Manor as well as other Odd Fellows living centers in Illinois. Before the party she sat down with LDN reporter Curt Fox and shared with him her history with the Odd Fellows in general and specifically recounted memories of her life as the matron of the Lincoln IOOF Children's Home.  Be sure to read the full story in today's edition.
