How
cold was it yesterday? Cold enough to vaporize water, according to Devin
Biggs. Biggs said he boiled water, then took it outside and threw it into
the air. It evaporated immediately with no water actually touching the
ground. At the time of Biggs' experiment, it was 4 degrees below zero with a wind
chill factor of minus 22.
