city of Lincoln police officer Maurice Johnson gives

the ICOPS organization. ICOPS held their annual bike
ride from St. Louis to Chicago this week and made a
pit stop in Lincoln. Officer Johnson, known to many
in Lincoln as "Officer Mo" is participating in the

PEORIA
- The Raber Packing Co. in Peoria recalls batches of its
Grand Champion, Raber's Original Beef Jerky. It was
discovered by the Illinois Department of Agriculture that
the Jerky had not been properly inspected before being sent
out to retail businesses. The suspect packages will have the
number "9" in the Illinois seal in the top right hand corner
of the package. To date, no illnesses have been reported from
the consumption of this product. Read more about this recall
