Would you want to stick your hand in this? Monday afternoon the last thing Mitzi Rohlfs of the Logan County Joint Solid Waste Agency wanted to find was that someone had dumped several illegal items inside a newly emptied paper recycling bin in Lincoln. But this is what she found, along with leaves, potting soil, spoiled food, knick-knack shelves, a spoon rack, a trash can full of metal clothes hangers, and several dozen other items that had no business in the recycling bin.
