On
Saturday evening, while it was wet and a bit windy
outside, inside the Mount Pulaski Courthouse it was
warm and welcoming in a spooky kind of way. The
Mount Pulaski Courthouse Foundation was hosting the
annual "Halloween Haunted Courthouse" event for area
children and their adult companions. Courthouse
director, Barbara Stroud-Borth, said she was very
pleased with the turnout in spite of the weather.
