Monday night meeting of the Lincoln City
Council, aldermen approved the Fast
Track Demolition of this property
located at 618 4th Street. The bid for
demolition was awarded to Byrne's
Backhoe and Excavating at the cost of
$3,500. City Building and Safety Officer
Wes Woodhall said the neighborhood could
expect that the demolition will begin
sometime around the week of March 19th. |

Street |
On a
similar topic, Woodhall told aldermen
last week that the home located at 1311
Broadway will not be demolished after
all. A buyer stepped in and took over
the home and is anticipating doing
repairs and remodeling to make the home
livable again. |
