SIU Center for Family Medicine accepts most
private insurances, Medicaid, Medicare and TriCare. Patients without
insurance are charged on a sliding fee scale, based on family size
and household income. Veterans are welcomed!
Need a doctor or dentist? Make an appointment with SIU Center for

an appointment for same day ACCESS Care.
SIU Center for Family Medicine is open Monday – Thursday, 7:30 a.m.
- 4:30 p.m. and is located inside Logan County Department of Public
