Next
Friday and Saturday evenings Jim and Lisa Drew
invite the community to join them in a grand
opening celebration of the new location of
Sorrento's in Lincoln.
On Friday evening at 4 p.m. there will be a
ribbon cutting at the new restaurant located at
614 Broadway in Lincoln.
On Saturday evening starting at 7:30 p.m. enjoy
live entertainment while you dine. There will
also be grand opening specials and drawings to
commemorate the event.

The
snow that arrived on Thursday evening and
lingered into Friday morning may have added to
the circumstances that caused a multi-vehicle
accident Friday morning at the intersection of
Union and Pekin Streets. This serves as a not so
gentle reminder that with winter weather comes
hazardous driving conditions. When snow is
expected, please drive with care.
