ABE'S

LEVEL FOUR WEALTH MANAGEMENT

LINCOLN PUBLIC LIBRARY

LIBRARY ANNEX

ST. CLARA'S REHAB & SENIOR CARE

Today LDN brings you 61 people in pink in five photos including a total of 37 staff and residents from St. Clara's Rehab and Senior Care. Others featured today are Abe's Carmelcorn Shoppe, the Lincoln Public Library main library and library annex staff, and Level Four Wealth Management staff who tell us the business will soon be changing its name to 'Connections Financial Advisors.'

Speaking of 'connections' isn't it wonderful to know that all these people are connecting through these photos for a common goal, to show their support for breast cancer awareness and those in the community who may currently be battling the disease.

Today we mark 66 photos and 665 people from around the county and are projecting that we will by the end of the month exceed the 100 photo mark, and possibly the 1,000 people mark. Way to go Logan County, you are a stand-up community!

Members of 4-H from across the state were honored for their lifetime achievements at the Illinois 4-H Celebrating Excellence Award Program held on October 20th in Champaign. The Illinois State 4-H Award recognizes exemplary work in five major areas including communications, community service, leadership, personal growth and project mastery.

In Logan County two 4-H members were recognized, Abi Steffens and Grace Skelton.
