LDN -- Top Stories

On Thursday, the 4-H livestock shows wrapped up for the season at the 2019 Logan County Fair. Two shows were going on simultaneously which, for at least one or two youth, may have made for a lot of running back and forth to make their class judging events.

In the Steers, Rex Brooks won Grand Champion Steer with his medium weight Hereford.

Across the way in the sheep barn plaques were handed out to a number of outstanding kids and animals. Among them was Shelby Heyen who took Grand Champion Ewe with her beautiful white sheep.
