Indoor lap swimming for adults

Lincoln Park District
Exercise and fitness equipment, weights, Spin, bicycles, classes, programs, personal training,indoor volleyball, basketball, tennis and pickle ball courts, outdoor pool, base/softball fields, indoor walking, youth and adult ball leagues, and more.

The Park District is a participant in the Silver Sneakers Program that works with health insurance providers reducing or covering the costs of seniors membership.

Girls on the Run
Introduces girls to running for fitness and
fellowship
Chapters at Carol Catholic, Washington Monroe, Northwest and Central schools in Logan County, and Illini Central in Mason City

The Lincoln Park District is forming a group for those girls in schools that attend a school that does not have a chapter.

Lincoln Aqua Lynx
Age-group competitive swim, meets year round.

The Lincoln Park District encourages
you and your family to utilize your
neighborhood parks spread throughout town with playground equipment and playing fields. Take a walk, have a picnic or visit a playground. Take a step towards a healthy lifestyle by taking the time to enjoy the outdoors with friends and family.
