Lee
Dowling was the featured artist at the Logan County Arts
March exhibit at the Lincoln Art Institute. Dowling's show
was dubbed as a homecoming as she hails from Lincoln but has
traveled and lived in a number of locations including
Florida. Many of her pieces have a tropical influence;
brightly colored, happy and peaceful works of art that
induce a smile. Dowlings art is still on display at the
Lincoln Art Institute. The showroom is open during the week
by chance or by appointment, and on weekends. Be sure to
check it out before it moves out to make way for the April
exhibit. |
