At
10:15 p.m. Tuesday, Lincoln Firefighters were called to
125 North Sangamon Street for a fully engulfed fire.
Firefighters from Lincoln city, Lincoln Rural, Atlanta,
Latham, Middletown, Mount Pulaski and New Holland worked
nearly six hours to extinguish the flames. The building
was deemed a total loss, with the estimated value of the
loss being approximately $300,000.
