            Glenn Buelter Glenn M. Buelter, 74, 
            of Lincoln died at 1:30 p.m. Monday, July 1, 2002, at University 
            Hospital in Columbia, Mo. Visitation will be 
            from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, July 5, at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral 
            Home in Lincoln. His funeral, also at 
            Fricke-Calvert-Schrader, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday. Burial will be in 
            Zion Cemetery, Lincoln. Buelter was owner and 
            operator of Lincoln Furniture and Floor Covering in Lincoln. He 
            served many years in ministry as a lay leader in area churches. He was a U.S. Navy 
            veteran of World War II. He was born Aug. 6, 
            1927, in Petersburg to Theodore J. and Florence Catherine Detty 
            Buelter. He married Marilyn J. Rose DeJarnette on Sept. 2, 1965, in 
            Lincoln. She died Sept. 4, 2001. Surviving are two 
            sons, Benjamin Seth Buelter of Peoria and Joseph Daniel (and 
            Rosanna) Buelter of Providence, R.I.; one stepson, William W. (and 
            Taffy) DeJarnette of St. Joseph; three daughters, Joy A. Lemay of 
            Sadieville, Ky., Linda (and Jack) Taylor of Kansas City, Mo., and 
            Sharon Williams of Arlington, Texas; eight grandchildren; and one 
            great-grandchild. Memorials may be made to American Cancer 
            Research.

            William Dale Clapp 
            William Dale Clapp, 64, of Lincoln died 
            at 3 a.m. Friday, June 28, 2002, at Memorial Medical Center in 
            Springfield. 
            Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. 
            Tuesday, July 2, at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Lincoln. 
            The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. 
            Wednesday at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader, with Pastor Paul Ayappa 
            officiating. 
            Burial will be in Zion Cemetery, 
            Lincoln. 
            Clapp was a commercial truck driver for 
            40 years. 
            He served in the U.S. Navy from 1955 to 
            1962. 
            He was born Sept. 20, 1937, in Colorado 
            Springs, Colo., to William and Treva Davenport Clapp. He married 
            Anna Clenin on Sept. 24, 1982, at Funks Grove. 
            Surviving are his wife, of Lincoln; 
            four sons, William Say of Aurora, Capt. David (and Juliete) Clapp of 
            Fort Bragg, N.C., William "Bill" (and Sam) Clapp of Joliet and 
            Andrew Clapp of Lincoln; three daughters, Katherine (and Lester) 
            Larson of Gardner, Wendy (and Robert) Clapp-Hataburda of LaPorte, 
            Ind., and Susan (and Leonard) Harmon of Lake Fork; eight 
            grandchildren; one sister, Cheryl (and Mark) Ages of Craig, Colo.; 
            and his aunt Lavaughn "Donnie" Clapp of Colorado Springs, Colo., who 
            raised him. 
            He was also preceded in death by one 
            brother, Gary. Memorials may 
            be made to the William Clapp Memorial Fund.

            Rita Woodard 
            Rita Belle Woodard, 81, of Lincoln died 
            at 1:30 p.m. Monday, July 1, 2002, at Abraham Lincoln Memorial 
            Hospital. 
            The visitation and funeral will be 
            Friday, July 5, at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Lincoln. 
            Hours for visitation are 9 to 11 a.m., and the funeral will follow 
            at 11, with Tom Gerdts officiating. 
            Burial will be in Zion Cemetery, 
            Lincoln. 
            Mrs. Woodard was a homemaker and worked 
            for Stetson China Factory in Lincoln. 
            She was born Aug. 5, 1920, in Ewing to 
            Noah and Katie Miller Boyd. She married Lyle W. Woodard on Aug. 4, 
            1939, in St. Louis, Mo. 
            Surviving Mrs. Woodard are her husband, 
            of Lincoln; two sons, Jack (and Judy) Woodard of Lincoln and Jerry 
            (and Linda) Woodard of Lincoln; four grandchildren; nine 
            great-grandchildren; three brothers, John Boyd, Cecil Boyd and Don 
            Boyd, all of Lincoln; and one sister, Midge Woodard of Lincoln. 
            She was preceded in death by four 
            brothers. 
            She was a member of Lincoln Christian 
            Church. Memorials 
            may be made to Maple Ridge Health Care Centre, Lincoln.

            Ellen Wallner Ellen Wallner, 42, of 
            Atlanta died Saturday, June 29, 2002, at her home. Pronouncement of 
            death was at 5:30 p.m. Visitation will be 
            from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, July 2, at Quiram Funeral Home in Atlanta. 
            Funeral services will be at the same location at 10:30 a.m. 
            Wednesday. Lloyd Nolan will officiate. Burial will be in 
            Atlanta Cemetery. She was born Jan. 26, 
            1960, in Davenport, Iowa, to William H. and June McGill McIntosh. 
            She married Gregg Wallner on Dec. 15, 1989, in Lincoln. He survives. Also surviving are 
            her mother, of Atlanta; three daughters, Cheryl Kellerstrass of 
            Hopedale, Gina Barnes of Havana and Shawna Waller of Lincoln; two 
            sons, Josh Aikman of Bloomington and James Aikman of Atlanta; six 
            grandchildren; and one sister, Marie Mealman of Atlanta. She was preceded in 
            death by her father and one brother. Memorial contributions may be made to the 
            Atlanta Rescue Squad.
