            Lois Schrader Lois A. Schrader, 68, 
            of Lincoln died at 5:00 p.m. Friday, July 12, 
            2002, at Memorial Medical Center, Springfield. Her funeral will be 
            at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 16 at First united Methodist Church of 
            Lincoln, with the Rev. Jame Hahs officiating.  Visitation will 
            be from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Monday, July 15th at 
            Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Lincoln. Burial will be in 
            Richmond Grove cemetary in New Holland. Schrader was a 
            retired support workiner at Lincoln Developmental Center.  She 
            formerly worked in the laundry at Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital 
            in Lincoln. She was born April 
            15, 1934 in Logan County to Clarence F. and Fern Blaum Schrader. Surviving are 
            brothers Charles Wayne (and Marlene) Schrader, Ronald (and Joann) 
            Schrader, both of Lincoln, Herbert (and Virginia) Schrader of Sierra 
            Vista, Ariz., and Paul (and Pat) Schrader of Streamwood, Ill.; and 
            sisters Ann Miller and Kay (and Ronald) Jones, both of Lincoln. She was preceded in 
            death by her parents and one brother, Clarence "Jim" Schrader. She was a member of 
            First united Methodist Chruch of Lincoln and the American Legion 
            Auxiliary #263.

            Wayne Klockenga Wayne Klockenga, 65, 
            of Petersburg died at 8 a.m. Thursday, July 11, 2002, at Mayo Clinic 
            in Rochester, Minn. Following cremation 
            there will be a graveside service at Hartsburg Union Cemetery at a 
            later date. The Rev. Mark Carnahan will officiate. Holland and Barry 
            Funeral Home, Lincoln, is in charge of arrangements. Klockenga retired in 
            1998 as executive vice president of Mason City National Bank, where 
            he had worked since 1964. He had formerly been employed at State 
            Bank of Lincoln. He served in the U.S. 
            Army. He was born May 31, 
            1937, in Hartsburg to Henry B. and Kate Westen Klockenga. Surviving are his 
            companion, Judy Stahl of Petersburg; one sister, Ruth (and Frank) 
            Krueger of Lincoln; two nieces, Cindy (and Jerry) Pagel of Lincoln 
            and Kaye (and Jim) Wessbecher of Lincoln; and one nephew, Roger (and 
            Sandy) Aughton of Brandon, Fla. He was preceded in 
            death by one sister, Elizabeth Aughton. He was a graduate of 
            Hartsburg High School. He was of the 
            Lutheran faith. Memorials may be made to the American 
            Lung Association or Mayo Clinic.

            John 
            Shaw John David Shaw, 57, 
            of Divernon, formerly of Lincoln, died at 1:10 a.m. Friday, July 12, 
            2002, at St. John’s North in Springfield. His funeral will be 
            at 11 a.m. Monday, July 15, at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home 
            in Lincoln, with the Rev. Robert Henderson officiating. Visitation 
            will be from 9 a.m. until the service time. Burial will be in New 
            Union Cemetery, Lincoln. Shaw retired from the 
            Illinois Department of Revenue as a computer operator. He served in the U.S. 
            Navy from January 1967 to April 1971, during the Vietnam era. He was born Feb. 8, 
            1945, in Gary, Ind., to Gilbert S. and Florence L. Dugan Shaw. Surviving relatives 
            are two sisters, Loretta Hudson and Nancy Rogers, both of Lincoln, 
            and one brother, Richard Shaw of St. Petersburg, Fla. He was preceded in 
            death by his parents. 
            Memorials may be made to the donor’s 
            choice.

             Helen Kindred
            Helen Marie Kindred, 66, of Lincoln 
            died at 9:37 p.m. Tuesday, July 9, 2002, at St. John’s North in 
            Springfield. 
            Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. 
            Friday, July 12, at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Lincoln. 
            The service, officiated by the Rev. Mark Carnahan, will follow at 7 
            p.m. at the funeral home. 
            Burial of cremains will be at 1:30 p.m. 
            Monday, July 15, at Atlanta Cemetery. 
            Mrs. Kindred was an employee of Eaton 
            Corporation in Lincoln for 32 years. 
            She was born Jan. 22, 1936, in Lincoln 
            to John Fredrick and Ethel Trobaugh Rice. She married Robert Kindred 
            on July 8, 1956, in Lincoln. He survives. 
            Also surviving are two sons, Randall 
            Kindred and Steven Kindred, both of Lincoln; one granddaughter, 
            Cassandra "Casie" Kindred of Lincoln; two sisters, Joyce (and Bill) 
            Brady of Temple Terrace, Fla., and Lois (and Hal) Lumas of O’Cala, 
            Fla.; and one brother, James (and Mary) Rice of O’Cala, Fla. 
            She was preceded in death by her 
            parents and two brothers, Bill and Robert Rice. 
            She was a member of Zion Lutheran 
            Church of Lincoln. Memorials 
            may be made to the donor’s choice.
