Where can you find luscious warming soups
and tasty specialty dishes?

[NOV. 25, 2003]  You can find the following at Coffee With Einstein Louisiana Coffee House:

  • Cajun or Creole dishes
  • Cherubie chicken -- chicken, peas and shiitake mushrooms in a light chicken gravy, served over long-grain and wild rice blend -- $4.25, $5.25

  • Chicken gumbo -- chicken in a rich, thick roux gravy, topped with rice -- $4.25, $5.25

  • She-crab soupe -- orange roughy and crab meat in a delicate but very rich butter-cream broth -- $4.25, $5.25

  • Potato, cheese and chive soup

All soups and Cajun or Creole dishes are served with a slice of sourdough.

A variety of sandwiches and combinations and fresh bakery goods await you as well. Menu changes daily.

Einstein's is located just off the square at 203 S. Sangamon St., phone 735-5282. Regular hours are 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
